NOTIFICATION under Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003

Dear visitant,
In accordance with Article 13 in Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003, we wish to inform you that your personal data, including you e-mail address, which you have voluntarily sent to this e-mail address: info@postalesdecompostela.com or using one of the forms in this site, shall be processed by CONTYNUOCOLOR, S.L., respecting the aforementioned regulations.

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No 196/2003, the data is processed according to the principles of correctness, legitimacy, transparency and redress.

CONTYNUOCOLOR, S.L. wishes to inform the customer of the following:

The personal data of the customer communicated during the commercial interaction and/or during the promotional or contractual relationships will be processed:
a) For functional purposes aimed at tax, accounting and legal compliance; for purposes of information exchange and commercial contacts, in other words, to manage pre-contractual negotiations if the customer accepts offers from CONTYNUOCOLOR, S.L. For purposes of compliance with the obligations arising from the contracts with clientele; for the supply of products and accessories, assistance, replacement, reparation, after-sales services; for clientele management and administration, orders, deliveries, invoicing, checks on solvency.

b) For purposes connected with the commercial activity (marketing and advertising, promotional activities and information about future commercial initiatives, innovation in the services offered). Data provided by customers may be communicated to tax advisers and banks for the management of incomes and payments connected with the authorised contract performance.

Data may be also communicated, as a consequence of inspections or controls, to the agencies established to verify regular tax and civil compliance.

The conferring of your essential personal data specified in a) is compulsory, and it is aimed at complying with the law and/or at establishing and/or complying with the contractual relationship. The contractual relationship can not be established and/or initiated if the data specified in a) is not conferred.

The conferring of the personal data specified in b) is discretionary and functional, and it is aimed at providing a better service to clientele. Your refusal to do so will not have any consequence.

Personal data concerning customers may be communicated to other societies for the same purposes previously mentioned or to external service agencies specialized in:
- software, hardware, informative and web-based system management;
- data production and filing activities;
- printing, transmission, packaging, and customer’s goods transportation and classification activities.

In any event, processing operations will be performed both manually and by computer and web-based technology. Data may, indeed, be stored both in paper and electronic files. Thus, the identification and selection of the incorporated data will be available where it is needed for a time which does not exceed the data processing duration and requirements. Data will be processed directly by the holder’s organization, with the help of its own managers.

This will be carried out according to logics closely related to the aforementioned purposes and in accordance with arrangements that ensure data security and confidentiality, by putting in place the most appropriate measures for protecting personal data against alteration, destruction, non-authorised access or processing, or unwarranted use.

The Visitant is aware that Internet data transmissions cannot reach absolute security levels. Thus, the Visitant is responsible for checking that his/her data is correct and, eventually, for rectifying, updating or modifying it through all the processing. CONTYNUOCOLOR, S.L. is not liable for any service other than the prompt and correct application of the security standards under the regulations in force.

By contacting CONTYNUOCOLOR, S.L. it will be possible to know the name of the person responsible of the processing and the name of the managers authorised to work or collaborate with this company.

It is recalled that any person who sends his/her own personal data will be able to enforce his/her rights recognized by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, from which this text is taken:

Article 7
(Right to have access to personal data and other rights)
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation on the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if it is not recorded yet, and its communication in an intelligible format.
2. The person concerned has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing
c) of the logic applied in the case of processing out using IT;
d) of the identification details of the data holder, of the managers and of the representative, appointed in accordance with Article 5(2);
e) of the parties or categories of parties to whom personal information can be given or who may become aware of such information in their capacity as an appointed representative in the State’s territory, of managers or other entrusted persons.
3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, the correction or, when he/she has an interest, the integration of data;
b) the deletion, rendering anonymous or blocking of the data processed unlawfully, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attesting that the operations contained in a) and b) have been made known, also with regard to their content, to the persons to whom the information was given or distributed, except in the event that such fulfilment is impossible, or requires the use of means that are obviously out of proportion to the safeguarded right.
4. The person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if such processing is pertinent to the purpose for which it was collected;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him/her to send advertising materials, or for direct sales, or for carrying out market search or sales communication.


To exercise the rights provided for in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as shown above, the person concerned should send a written request to:

By sending an e-mail to CONTYNUOCOLOR, S.L., any person concerned may exercise whenever he or she wishes the right to object the aforesaid processing, in whole or in part, for the purposes of commercial information or mailing of advertising material, for direct sale or for carrying out market search or sales communication.

Where it is not confirmed that personal data related to the concerned person exists or if it is inaccurate, further to a request as per Article 7(1) and (2), letters a), b) and c), the concerned person may be charged a fee which shall not be in excess of the costs actually incurred for the inquiries made in the specific case, and within the limits provided for in regulations set out according to Article 10(8) of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

When sending confirmation of his/her purchase order or when requesting information via e-mail, the customer takes notice of the aforesaid notification and consents to the processing of the personal data provided in the form and terms contained in a) and b) herein.

Regarding the insertion of his/her own prescription and the sending of his/her own purchase order confirmation through telematic network, the customer takes notice of the aforesaid notification and consents to the processing of the personal and sensitive data voluntarily provided by him/her.
